Andi is an outstanding figure in the business innovation world. She is a corporate anthropologist, culture change expert, and an explorer at heart. She is the CEO of Simon Associates Management Consultants (SAMC) and an author of two award-winning books.
In this conversation, Andi dives deep to understand how to generate change and do innovation within a company.
What is key is to observe the market and listen to customers/employees. Innovation comes from changing your story to then respond to your clients’ needs, frustrations, aspirations, etc. In other words, provide real value.
Andi talks about the cultural differences among entrepreneurs about doing innovation across the world. Andi has worked with various entrepreneurs in North America, LATAM and Asia and explains how entrepreneurs´ cultures, their perceived priorities, and the way they understand their challenges, make a difference in the way do innovation and bring change to their businesses.
